Property Description

The Main house sits above the river and there is an additional cottage on the property that sleeps two, has a bath with shower and a game room with a pool table. At the Main house everything opens out onto the large patio, the gently sloping landscape, the fire pit area and the river. The downstairs is spacious yet cozy with a large living room, fireplace and Queen sleeper sofa. This flows into a dining area and a beautifully equipped kitchen. The second bedroom with two twin beds is just off the living area. There are two full baths with showers downstairs. The master suite is upstairs with a King bed, sitting area, balcony over looking the river and a bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub. Other amenities include a charcoal grill and central air and heat. No telephone but good cell coverage on AT&T. El Zocalo shares water front area with La Vista. Cleaning fee refunded if house is left clean. Security Deposit refunded if house is left with no damage.

Three night minimum over all major holiday weekends
Maximum of eight guests in the House and two in the Cottage
$500 Security Deposit refunded upon departure with no damage. This fee will be waved for previous Backroads customers in good standing.
$150 Cleaning Fee refunded if house is left clean.

No pets allowed
No smoking
Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
No firearms, fireworks or ATV's.
Only registered guests allowed on the property.
If the guest count exceed the number requested in the reservation you will asked to leave with no refund.
No loud parties or music.

Our Policies

Standard Cancellation Policy: By making a reservation you agree that we will charge $25 for any cancellation more than 10 days from your arrival date. Within 10 days of your arrival date, you agree that you are responsible for the first night's full rate. You are responsible for the entire booking if you have not cancelled your reservation prior to your arrival date. There is no refund for early checkout. If we rebooks the reservation, there will only be a $25 cancellation fee.
