Saturday, October 14, 2023 will bring an annular “Ring of Fire” eclipse, and a full solar eclipse will occur Monday, April 8, 2024. We’ve got 125 great vacation homes in the region, covering 21 Hill Country towns, all in the eclipse “bullseye.” These properties are already sparking interest from travelers.

This riverside guest home sleeps eight and is just a few miles from Bandera, featuring a side patio and deck, charcoal grill and fire pit, giant-sized checkerboard, and a dog run. Enjoy an intimate eclipse experience for two at the Antler Cabin at Tabasco Ranch! You’ll have a shaded front patio and back deck, along with a gas grill and electric fire pit. The Lodge at Forse Mountain Ranch in Kerrville is a huge family-friendly eclipse escape for up to 14! Bandera is popular for Medina River's tubing, swimming, fishing, and kayaking, and the Texas Two Step puts you right in the action there, too! It's a block from Bandera City Park, where you can access the river for a modest fee. This alone makes the Two Step's location attractive to visitors, and as a bonus it's a 15-mile drive to the pristine beauty of the Hill Country State Natural Area.
