White Bluff on the Medina is a truly unique and attractive vacation rental! It's a brand new guest home designed to take maximum advantage of its location in the Hill Country, with riverfront access, ten acres of countryside to explore, amazing views of the surrounding mountains and river valley, and even a cave! The home itself comes with plenty of amenities, all in the stately shadow of a picturesque white limestone bluff. All this, and it's close to towns like Medina, Bandera, and Kerrville!

The unique "stilted" construction of the two-story river home at White Bluff gives you multiple options for relaxation and recreation, along with an elevated view of the Hill Country from the second-level wraparound deck! Both the covered deck and the shaded patio below include outdoor furniture, and there's even a gazebo with seating and a TV right by the river! Also by the water's side, you'll find a picnic area complete with both a grill and smoker. All around you will be stunning views-amazing photo backdrops in this kid-friendly and pet-friendly getaway!

With ten acres of land to roam, 715 feet of private access to swimming, kayaking, and tubing the Medina River, and a cool cave and lofty bluff to explore, there's plenty of rugged Hill Country to take in here! With that in mind, there are a couple things to consider before your visit: you'll need a higher-clearance vehicle like a truck or SUV to access the property, and you'll need to sign a release of liability, for both your well-being and ours.

Inside, White Bluff is bright and airy, and has been crafted for comfort, convenience, and as a warm and welcoming space. Throughout the interior, there are ceiling fans, central air and heat, and Wifi Internet service for both comfort and connectivity. There are two smart TVs here, one in the roomy living area, and another in the master suite. The full kitchen is generously equipped with new appliances, cookware, serving ware, and utensils, lots of counter space, and a great big dining table that seats up to eight.

Three luxurious and comfy beds (a king in the master suite, and one queen and one full-sized bed in the second and third bedrooms) are all draped in clean and warm linens, providing sweet slumber for up to six people. Two sparkling-clean full baths, both with showers, make cleanup a breeze, and both baths have a supply of fresh and soft linens, as well. Keep up with your laundry with the on-site washer and dryer, too!

Austin Taylor
If you love staying in beautiful home with a wrap around porch and the most gorgeous view with access to the cool river after you’ve taken a morning hike, this is your place. Water levels lower than usual according to the locals but plenty to swim in and enjoy! Absolute hidden gem. We were making memories with our family in the most beautiful place, we feel blessed to have found it and look forward to coming again!
