The fenced backyard is ideal for kids and pets, with a fire pit surrounded by outdoor seating for evening gatherings and stargazing. A large picnic table and charcoal grill/smoker make outdoor meals easy, while the screened and shaded back porch offers rocking chairs and decorative string lights for relaxed mornings and cozy evenings.

Inside, the home is bright and comfortable, with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a spacious living area featuring a large-screen Roku-ready TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and table service for eight, with a dining area conveniently nearby.
