Luxurious amenities, a peaceful and relaxing country setting, and closeness to local towns and attractions make this a knockout Hill Country cabin getaway with stunning views! The Hill Country Hideaway will be your kid-friendly, pet-friendly, budget-friendly, and handicap-accessible home base for your next escape. It's a 40-acre creekside resort for your family and friends, perfectly located in the heart of this scenic region, with all the fun and adventure of the Hill Country at your disposal!

The Hill Country Hideaway is surrounded by peaceful countryside, but the nightlife, shops, and great eats of Bandera-the Cowboy Capital of the World-are all just minutes away! You can hike the grounds or try some catch-and-release fishing in seasonal San Julian Creek, which flows through the property, or take a tubing trip on the Medina River in Bandera. If you're into horseback riding, the nearby Hill Country State Natural Area is a pristine and beautiful place to do so.

Outside, you'll find a shaded deck, outfitted with an outdoor dining set and charcoal grill-the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee at the start of your day, or to take in the mountain view as you chat over dinner in the fresh country air. There's a carport and additional parking area for trailers and bikes, and a crate can be made available for your well-behaved pet. If anyone in your group would like to light up, that's fine-but please keep it outside.

The interior here is clean, modern and welcoming, kept comfortable with ceiling fans and central air and heating. Comfy furniture graces the living and dining areas, where you can enjoy a show on the satellite TV, DVD player, and VCR. The kitchen's complete with all the appliances, cookware, utensils, and glasses you'll need for a home-cooked meal. With two bedrooms, a queen-sized bed, two twin beds, and a double futon, the Hideaway provides restful slumber arrangements for up to six. Both bathrooms have showers, with a huge double shower in the master bath. All bed and bath linens are provided, as is a drinking water dispenser-and there's a washer and dryer combo for your use, too. Cell coverage and Internet service are also available here.
