High Places Ranch isn't your typical vacation rental - this is a place where modern comfort meets wild beauty. Hike your own private trails to a real plane crash site (yes, part of the plane is mounted on the wall!), explore a massive cave, or cast a line in the private pond. Keep an eye out for deer, wild turkeys, and even the occasional bald eagle.
Back at the house, unwind in one of five spacious bedrooms - three with king beds, two with sets of twin beds, plus a cozy upstairs sleeping loft with two more twins. Four full bathrooms feature elegant, spa-style tile work and high-end finishes.

The Lodge features three bedrooms with king-sized beds, while the remaining three bedrooms, including the loft, each contain two sets of twin beds.
Four bathrooms, each equipped with sinks and showers, provide ample facilities for guests.
The interior layout is open, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range top, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and regular coffee makers. It also provides kitchen supplies, such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans.
The dining area includes a large table and a smaller table with bar stools, offering flexible seating options.
The living area is furnished with a spacious sectional couch and a large pull-out sofa for additional comfort.
The property provides WIFI access and a Smart TV (Roku or Firestick required for viewing).
For recreation, a pool table is available, and two workstations are provided for professional needs.

Rates and Details:

The minimum age requirement for renting the property is 25 years.
Well-behaved and leashed pets are allowed at a rate of $50 per day, with a limit of two pets (subject to approval).
Strict pet policies include keeping pets leashed outdoors, kenneled when unattended indoors, prohibiting pets from staying outdoors at night, and restricting pets from beds and furniture.
Violations of these policies may incur additional cleaning fees or result in the removal of the pet(s) from the property. The house accommodates up to 12 guests, with the nightly rate covering 6 guests.
Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are charged $50 per day.
Discounts on pet fees may be available for extended stays.

Other Details:

As a wildlife management site, the property is dedicated to preserving natural habitats.
Guests planning to bring motorcycles are encouraged to contact the management for appropriate arrangements. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
The use of firearms, fireworks, ATVs, or UTVs is strictly prohibited.
The property enforces a non-standard cancellation policy, with no refunds given within 30 days of check-in.
Off-roading is prohibited, and vehicles are only permitted on designated crushed black asphalt areas.
Trails are designated for hiking and mountain biking only, and guests must sign a release of liability before participating in on-site hiking and exploration activities
