The front of the house features a rustic and rugged shaded porch, complete with rockers, alongside a nearby open-air seating area. Whether your appetite calls for s'mores or a full family feast, there's a charcoal grill to showcase your outdoor cooking skills, and the fire pit makes a great snack station and gathering spot! The Antler Mountain House's interior offers a historic complement to the vistas outside. Vintage accents-like the Kiva fireplace in the big, airy living room-recall a more rustic time in Texas' history. But you won't be living like pioneers here! Central air, heat, and ceiling fans provide comfortable climate control, and a smart TV with Dish satellite Network and great Wifi are also included. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the appliances, utensils and cooking equipment you'll need, complete with a dining area for six. There's even a laundry room for your cleanup convenience!

Your whole family will rest well at this kid-friendly rental, where two bedrooms provide sumptuous sleeping room for up to six, with a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, and another queen and twin bunk beds in the second. The two full baths both have showers, and the master is equipped with twin vanities. Fresh and comfy bed and bath linens are also provided.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests, and each additional guest is $ 50 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.

Pets are not permitted.
Birdwatching and wildlife viewing opportunities.
Smoking allowed only in outdoor areas.
Strict prohibition against discharging firearms, fireworks, or ATVs.
The property operates on a water well system; guests are recommended to use bottled water.
Water levels in the Hill Country river and lake are subject to change based on rainfall.
