No success story is simple, and that’s true of Serrano Wine in Hye! With aspirations to become wine makers, they studied every aspect of the process and immersed themselves in the wine world until they were confident they had vintages that would appeal to multiple generations. After seven years of increasing success in California, they brought their expertise and Serrano brand to the Hill Country. Their tastings include samples of wine from both locations, in a casual and pretty Hill Country setting! Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are strongly recommended. Serrano Wine is open Friday to Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM.
