The plush queen-sized bed sleeps two, and you can add a rollaway bed for one more person. A Roku-ready smart TV is on hand, too, as well as Wifi service and efficient heating and cooling units. You'll have a clean full bath with a shower stall, and fresh linens are provided for both bed and bath.

The house accommodates up to 3 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests, and each additional guest is $20 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.

Children under 2 stay free; families welcome.
Two medium-sized pets permitted with prior approval at the time of booking; pet fee of $25 per day per pet applies. Pets should not disturb wildlife or farm animals.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property.
Firearms, fireworks, and ATVs are not permitted.
Certain event and holiday weekends may require a minimum stay of three nights.
