This place is great! Large home that comfortably fits a large group. Beautiful view to the river with natural wildlife around. Very quiet and serene. This house is packed with amenities! Well thought out items like a guest book to sign. We made the greatest memories here. So happy we came.

Wonderful property, very clean and comfortable. Manager took great care of us. Manager fed the deer each evening and morning for our entertainment. Great river access, had a great time.

This was a great reunion for great grandma, two sons, three grand kids and three spouses, four great grandkids, and a few dogs. Everybody was geared up originally for the Frio, but after staying here, this is the place. Was everything we wished for and more. The g great kids were in the water all the time. Nothing negative I could say. Host was very attentive, was on the site and responded immediately to every inquiry. Everybody has forgotten about the Frio, because of the easy access to the water. Didn’t have to load up several cars and drive and unload. Nice little rapid that you could float down and short walk back. Peaceful as well.

We all had an awesome time at Dave’s place. We spent much of our stay outdoors enjoying the awesome view, the sound of the river, sitting by the campfire, gazing at the stars, and lounging on the front porch. We could not have had more perfect weather. The house was well stocked and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us and two dogs to enjoy. Dave was very accommodating and entertaining. We will definitely return. I would highly recommend this place.

The cabin and location was great for myself and family. The cabin is very clean, plenty of space and plenty of room on the land for our pets to enjoy. The riverfront area was also great to enjoy sunbathing and the river itself. At night the stars are amazing to gaze at. David who greeted us was very attentive and could easily be reached if need be (although we didn't need much, the place had everything we needed). A definite place to come back and unwind.
