The master bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area brings the total sleeping capacity to six. The full bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a Jacuzzi tub-perfect for a long soak after a day of outdoor adventure. Soft bed and bath linens are provided, and a fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker all included.

In addition to its peaceful atmosphere and natural charm, the River House also offers practical amenities and policies to ensure a smooth stay. Cell phone service is strong in the area, and the property maintains a strict no-firearms, no-fireworks, and no-ATVs policy to preserve the peace and safety of all guests. A three-night minimum stay may apply on holidays and local event weekends. Rates are based on four guests, with an additional nightly fee for extra guests and pets. The house accommodates up to 6 guests. The base rate covers 4 guests, and each additional guest is $20  per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Pet fee: $20 per pet, per night (discounts may apply for longer stays)
$100 refundable security deposit (if no pet damage or excess cleaning)
Firearms, fireworks, and ATVs strictly prohibited
