Its pastures are being restored to feature native flowers and grasses, and nature lovers will be delighted with the wildlife they'll spot. You'll find two patios with comfortable outdoor furniture; they're great shaded spaces for conversation, wildlife watching, or admiring the colorful Hill Country. There's even a ranch-style country tub for an outdoor soak, and a daybed for a fresh-air nap. The back porch has outdoor lighting for a touch of nighttime magic, too!  

Doe Creek Ranch is a horse-friendly vacation rental! Pictured on its barn is the cowgirl who built the ranch; she competed professionally in the riding event called "reining," and is shown sliding to a stop from a full gallop. Equine amenities include three available stalls, and a 60-foot round pen with a lighted ceiling and sand floor so it can be enjoyed day or night, in any weather. The ranch is a two-mile ride to Bandera, where horses and riders are welcomed! Guided trail rides are available there, so guests can explore the Hill Country in traditional cowboy style on horseback.
