A perfect place for a family getaway, come stay at this secluded rustic cabin on 100 pristine acres six minutes from Bandera. This ranch has one of the prettiest stretches of the Medina River in Bandera County for swimming, tubing and fishing in a park like setting under massive Cypress trees. It is very close to the Hill Country State Natural Area. Enjoy watching the wild game and birds from the front porch.

The cabin has two bedrooms and one full bath. The large main room has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the open living/sleeping area. A charcoal grill is conveniently situated on the porch outside the kitchen and and is a great spot to just catch the breeze and watch the world go by. The cabin has box AC that cools the cabin quickly and heat units in both rooms. All bed and bath linens are provided and you'll have good cell service.

The property has over 500 feet of private riverfront for you to enjoy. The water varies in depth between 6 inches and ten feet in some areas, all of it is crystal clear. Walk or take a one minute drive from the cabin in your vehicle. Wildlife viewing, birding and hiking on the property.

Inside there are over 100 full-body animal mounts positioned in hand-painted dioramas portraying their natural habitats. An international collection of art pieces are displayed in the museum.

Lost Maples State Natural Area: A large, pristine area of beautiful hills and canyons on the upper Sabinal River in the Edwards Plateau Region of Texas.
