You'll be situated one block from downtown, right next door to the 11th Street Cowboy Bar, and just a short walk away from the waterfront activities of the Medina River! And even though you're in central Bandera, you'll still have serene privacy in this handsome little guest house.

If you're looking for a Texas getaway that isn't centered on driving often, this is the perfect vacation rental in Bandera! Savor the night life, go antiquing, take in the local cuisine, and enjoy all the attractions this beautiful town has to offer. Tubing, swimming, kayaking, and fishing are at all yours on the Medina River close by, too. The scenic walks and drives around Bandera show off the beauty of the Hill Country, and if you'd like to venture out of town, both the Hill Country State Natural Area and the waterfront fun of the Guadalupe River are short drives away.

Reserved parking downtown can be a challenge, but you'll have it here, free of charge. The Boarding House cuts a sharp figure with its bright white limestone exterior, and behind the house is a shaded courtyard, complete with comfortable patio furniture. There's also a charcoal grill, where you can whip up an enjoyable meal outside. Smoking is allowed here, but outdoors only. Everything to love and discover about Bandera is close and convenient!

The wood- and stone-highlighted interior is kept comfy, just the way you like it, with central air, heat, and ceiling fans. The two bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, with warm and cozy sleeping accommodations for up to four people. The full bath is equipped with a shower, and all bed and bath linens are provided. The roomy interior space includes a living area, bar, dining area, and breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen is decked out with all the appliances, cookware, serving ware, utensils, and glasses you'll need for your group.
