Everything on their menu, from breakfast favorites like omelets, hotcakes and breakfast tacos, to burgers, salads, and plate lunches like chicken-fried steak, roast beef, and pork chops, is prepared fresh as you order, and is served with warm Hill Country hospitality. See for yourself why they’re a local favorite! The Hill Country Cafe is open 6 AM to 2 PM Monday to Friday, and 6 to 11 AM on Saturdays.
