Six Shooter Cellars in Fredericksburg got its name from the six winemakers who originally founded this Hill Country winery. Since then, they’ve expanded their menu to include some of the greatest wines created by independent vintners in Texas, including one of the largest selections of sweet wines available on the 290 Wine Trail! Top off your individualized tasting with one of their famous Jalapeno Shooters. No reservations are required for tastings here, and you’re welcome to bring your dogs along, too! Six Shooter Cellars is open Sunday, Monday, and Thursday noon to 5 PM, and Friday and Saturday noon to 6 PM.
