Property Description

Nestled just a half-block from the beautiful Bandera City Park and its scenic riverfront, The Lazy Spur offers the ideal mix of peace, charm, and convenience. This warm and inviting stone cottage is the perfect place to settle in for a memorable Texas Hill Country getaway. Whether you're here for a quiet weekend or an exciting festival, you'll love being within walking distance of Main Street's shops, restaurants, and live music venues. From the moment you arrive, the rustic charm and relaxed atmosphere will make you feel right at home.

Step inside and kick back in the cozy living room, where leather furniture, warm wood tones, and thoughtful Western-inspired details set the mood for relaxation. Watch your favorite shows or catch up on the game with satellite TV, available in the living room and both bedrooms. Each bedroom is designed with comfort and character in mind-one featuring handcrafted log furniture and bold star-themed bedding, and the other styled with vintage accents and a softer, romantic touch. The bathroom features a classic tub-shower combo, perfect for soaking tired muscles after a day on the trails, at the river, or exploring town.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in comfort. With a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils, you'll have the freedom to enjoy homemade meals, snacks, or your favorite morning brew without missing a beat.

Just outside, the covered back patio invites you to slow down and enjoy the Texas breeze. Relax in the hanging swing chairs, fire up the charcoal grill, or gather around the outdoor table for an evening under the stars. With plenty of room for parking-including space for cars, motorcycles, trailers, or UTVs-you'll have the flexibility to bring all your gear for whatever adventures the Hill Country holds.

One of the highlights of staying at The Lazy Spur? The unbeatable front-row view of the Cowboy Mardi Gras parade. Each February, you can sit right on the front porch and be part of the fun-tossing and catching beads while festive floats and riders roll by. It's a celebration Bandera is famous for, and you'll have the best seat in town.

Please note: Pets are not allowed at this property.
