Our Policies
To secure a reservation, a minimum 50% deposit of the total amount is required. For reservations within 14 days of the check-in date or for one-night stays, the full amount will be charged. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Zelle; checks may be accepted for bookings over $1,000, while cash is not. Upon deposit receipt, a confirmation with lodging details, key information, and directions will be provided by email, text or through our Hill Country Travel App. The remaining balance will be charged within 7 days of arrival. Failure to process the deposit or balance may result in reservation cancellation or deposit loss. American Express payments may incur an additional 3% fee, and a 3% credit card surcharge may apply to some bookings.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 14 days from the arrival date incur a $100 charge. Within 14 days, the responsibility extends to the first night's rent and any extra guests or pet fees. No refund for early checkout, or other fees after check-in. For non-standard cancellation policies, canceling within 30 days of check-in may result in losing 50% of the total reservation. Guests using third-party sites are subject to their policies.
Unless approved, late checkouts may incur charges, and registered guests are responsible for damages and extra cleaning fees. Unauthorized extra guests or pets may result in charges. Parties, social gatherings, or exceeding guest limits without permission are not allowed. Smoking in non-smoking areas incurs a $500 cleaning fee. Failure to return keys or gate remotes has a $25 fee, and lost items may be mailed back for postage plus a $25 handling fee.
Liability: While efforts are made for accurate information, the website and our app may contain errors, and changes can occur at any time. Information on the site or app is not an offer or a contract.
Privacy Policy: Personally identifying information is collected for reservations or information requests and stored for internal use. The Hill Country Travel App does not require any personal information to access or use it.
