The Live Oak House is perched on the 230 acres of the West 1077 Guest Ranch, and you'll have access to miles of trails to explore, with the fun attractions, cuisine, and night life of Bandera just a few miles away. The ranch also features an enormous shared lodge space, and you'll wake up to a country breakfast every morning! What's more, you'll be able to take the edge off the Texas heat in the crystal-clear pool.
The West 1077 Guest Ranch allows free access to the Hill Country State Natural Area right next door! It's a unique opportunity for nature lovers to explore this pristine natural setting, with over 40 miles of trails you can hike and spot local wildlife. The ranch itself also has plenty of hiking and biking trails, as well. You can also take in the countryside on horseback; Juniper Hill Stables is on the property, and offers personalized horse riding experiences. Ask us for details about boarding your own horse, too!
The shared lodge is open 24/7, and features a pool table, ample seating, fireplace, fire pit, ice machine, free beverages, and a hearty complimentary country breakfast every morning! For other meals, guests are invited to use the grills, or check out nearby Bandera and their great culinary options. Beat the heat in the crystal-clear pool, surrounded by tanning chairs and a shaded cabana! There's plenty to do here, in a peaceful and refreshing setting.
Natural light enhances almost every inch of the Live Oak House, and between three bedrooms, there's luxurious sleeping space for up to six. The master bath features a tub and shower, and the second full bath is equipped with a shower, as well. In addition, all bed and bath linens are provided for your stay. You'll find a full kitchen, decked out with modern appliances, and there's plenty of shaded space to relax in on the scenic front and back patios. AC and heat units, along with ceiling fans, keep the interior comfortable year round.
