West 1077 Guest Ranch - Live Oak

The Live Oak Cottage is perched on the 230 acres of the West 1077 Guest Ranch, and you'll have access to miles of hiking and biking trails to explore, with the fun attractions, cuisine, and night life of Bandera just a few miles away. The ranch also features plenty of wildlife watching spots and inspiring Hill Country scenery! What's more, you'll beat the Texas heat in style in the enormous, crystal-clear swimming pool!

The West 1077 Guest Ranch is conveniently located close to the Hill Country State Natural Area right next door! It's a unique opportunity for nature lovers to explore this pristine natural setting, with over 40 miles of trails you can hike and spot local wildlife. The ranch itself also has plenty of hiking and biking trails, as well. You can also take in the countryside on horseback. The ranch is very horse-friendly; ask us for details about boarding your own horses here during your visit!

For meal planning outside the fully-appointed kitchen in the Live Oak Cottage, you can strut your grilling skills on the BBQ pit on the grounds, or check out nearby Bandera and their great culinary options. Beat the heat in the crystal-clear pool, surrounded by tanning chairs and a shaded cabana! You can also gather your crew around the fire pit for s'mores, conversation, and stargazing! There's plenty to do here, in a peaceful and refreshing setting; you can even grab a quiet moment or two in the hammocks provided on the property. The outdoor amenities are shared with another guest cabin, but there is more than enough space here for personal space and privacy!

Natural light enhances almost every inch of the Live Oak Cottage, and between three bedrooms, there's luxurious sleeping space for up to six people on king, queen, and double beds. The master bath features a soothing Jacuzzi tub and shower, and the second full bath is equipped with a shower, as well. In addition, clean and fresh bed and bath linens are provided for your stay. You'll find a full kitchen, decked out with modern appliances, and there's plenty of shaded space to relax in on the scenic front and back patios. Central air and heat, along with ceiling fans, keep the interior comfortable to your liking year round. Connectivity and entertainment needs are taken care of with Wifi Internet service.

Children must be at least 6 years old to horseback ride. The maximum adult weight limit is 230 lbs. Riding is provided by local riding partners. We will help you schedule rides after booking.
