Property Description

The best amenities, and scenic surroundings of the Hill Country, are yours at the roomy and luxurious Weber Ranch House! This kid-friendly and pet-friendly rental comfortably sleeps up to 12 people, so it serves equally well as a family-oriented vacation spot as it does a romantic couples' getaway. The Medina River's out back, as well as a stocked fishing pond; outdoor fans will love this 243-acre ranch, and those who like night life and shopping will also have Medina and Bandera close by.

With its riverfront and private pond, this setting is perfect for fishing and swimming! What's more, the Guadalupe River is also just a short drive away-known for its tubing-and the Hill Country and Lost Maples State Natural areas are within a half hour's drive, as well. The immediate grounds are an awesome place to hike, watch wildlife, and hunt for fossils, too. Both peaceful and exciting, the Ranch House is just the ticket for a relaxing weekend away.

The spacious shaded patio is a great place to admire the Hill Country, and is equipped with a porch swing, outdoor furniture, and ceiling fans. Toast s'mores, or have an even more substantial cookout, around the fire pit and charcoal grill. You can also try your hand at catch-and-release fishing in the pond on the property. Please note water depth here can be seasonal, so check with us when you book. Pets are allowed outside, if safely kenneled, and smoking is also allowed-again, outside only.

The warm interior features a wide-open living and dining area, with a wood-burning stove accenting the friendly ambiance. The house has three bedrooms, and, with two additional double sleeper sofas, provides soft and warm sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people. There are two full bathrooms, both with showers, and one with a tub and shower combo. All bed and bath linens are complimentary, and all serving and cooking ware is on hand in the fully appointed kitchen-including two fridges! The laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer combo. Central air and heat keep your inside space comfortable, along with with ceiling fans. Finally, there's satellite TV with DVD player, Wifi and good cell service.

The big and beautiful Weber Ranch House is a perfect choice for large outings of any kind! Get a hold of us here at Backroads Reservations, and we'll put you on the path to this luxurious and memorable Hill Country hideaway.

This was a huge family trip and the hosts were nothing less than accommodating. It was a beautiful quaint old house that had a nice feel to it. The view was so beautiful and it was definitely worth the price. It was so peaceful and very relaxing. Great place to be away from the city life

The ranch was amazing! Chuck was available to check us in and nearby for any questions we had. It was great for a family gathering. I loved the large living room and dining room. Be sure to bring groceries. If you don't count Dollar General, the closest store is about 30 minutes away. The fridge is gigantic and can handle plenty. We brought some charcoal and grilled out. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The best part was the Medina River was just down the road so the kids where able to splash around. After the sun goes down, the view of the stars is amazing!
