What guests are saying...

Macy
Our cabin was so cute. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. We practically had the entire ranch to ourselves. Beautiful sunsets and starry nights.
Amy
What a cute cabin! It was exactly right for us for a short retreat. Easy to find along the road, even at night, with convenient, coded gate access and a smooth cabin entry check in process. It was lovely to be on a working ranch and see horses, cattle, and even cats roaming the premises. The cowboy décor was detailed and thoughtful. We especially liked the pretty light and mirror combination in the bathroom above the cabinet, the stained-glass window in the bathroom, and the painted pedestal legs for the tiny sink. There was great attention to detail in making the place comfortable - lots of large towels, blankets, water, and coffee available! It felt like living in a tiny house. The fireplace heater was cozy for fall evenings and nights, and the curtains were nice and dark and great for sleeping. There was a large selection DVDs (about 20-30) should you want to relax with a movie. The shared Pond Cabin had a great fire pit, with logs and kindling provided (we brought starter and matches), and we enjoyed a long evening at the campfire for dinner and s’mores. We saw our first herd of over 30 spotted deer (Axis/Chital/Cheetal deer) and enjoyed watching sunrises, sunsets, and the white-tailed deer on the property from the cabin's patio as well. The location is near to the highway, so there is some road hum at times, but for us it was super convenient to have easy access to all of the surrounding towns. The WiFi strength was very low, but that was expected, and cellular data still worked great! Our favorite feature was the HOT water - we did not expect that in a little country cabin, but it was easy to take a very comfortable shower and wash our breakfast dishes. We took advantage of the host’s great local guidebook to find fun, local places to explore!
Daniel
Very clean and organized, stocked with all of the necessities. Property was awesome, great views of deer and wildlife. The shared pavilion was perfect in my eyes. Overall great weekend stay. Highly recommend to others.
Daniel
My wife and I really enjoyed the stay at Tabasco Ranch- Cowboy Cabin. Everything we needed was in the room, loved the coziness of the place. Watching the deer was amazing and of course the climate was terrific. The cabin was great, they grounds were beautiful, the pavilion was kick a**, and much needed away time was accomplished. Can’t wait to stay at more of your properties.
Shelby
This ranch was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect distance to town so that you could enjoy everything that was going on and peaceful when you came home at night. The cabin was so clean and we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. We will be back to visit again
Christina
Great place to unwind. The Common area has grills, fire pit, oven, all utensils, etc. Its perfect for fixing up a great meal and relaxing. Lots of seating and tables. The cabin is small, but perfectly functional and tons of character. The animals all around (the deer, horses, etc.) were awesome. Also very close to grocery stores and shops, yet definitely tucked back in country living. Would definitely stay again.
