Additional appliances include a toaster oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, silverware, tea pot, Krups, and a regular coffee maker.

Coffee, teas, condiments, and other basics for guest use.
Televisions in both the living room and bedroom.

Children are allowed, but no pets are permitted.
One-night fee is $20.
Early check-in is available for a fee (contact us for details).
Late arrivals after 10:00 PM require a message to the host.
No discharging of firearms, fireworks, or ATVs allowed.
Hill Country river and lake water levels vary depending on rain.
Shared Pond Cabin and Pavilion.

Guests have access to a shared Pond Cabin and Pavilion featuring:

Indoor refrigerator, oven, BBQ pits.
Ample seating and fire pit (refer to listing pictures).

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is allowed outside, and guests must extinguish cigarette butts in provided ashtrays or sand buckets. A $100 charge applies if smoking occurs inside the home.

Overnight Horse Boarding:

Overnight horse boarding available for $25/day.
Includes a 12x12 stable with an in/out run and access to water.

The good folks at Biker Rallies of Texas are the devoted organizers of the most popular motorcycle rallies in the Hill Country. With major rallies in the spring and fall, they work nonstop to assure safety, organization, great memories, and a good time is had by all attending! They’ve got their start in 2000, when they arranged rallies in Liberty County and Kerrville, Texas. Two years later, they found their permanent home in Bandera.
