Ever since 1994, when Texas law first allowed brew pubs in the state, the Fredericksburg Brewing Co. has been creating award-winning craft brews from the heart of the Hill Country! Not only are they the first brew pub, but they’ve also grown a revered reputation for the authentic German fare, hearty burgers, pizza, and other delectable dishes on their food menu. Keep in mind Fredericksburg allows sidewalk consumption of alcohol, so you can take a cold one on a stroll through the downtown shops! The Fredericksburg Brewing Co. is open Sunday to Thursday 11 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 9 PM.
