It is newly constructed, with central air and heat, living and dining areas with satellite TV, CD player and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, range top, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom has a queen bed and the bath has a large shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. No telephone but excellent cell coverage.
