Enjoy a true Texas Hill County adventure at Lightning Ranch. This 76 acre ranch is 30 minutes from San Antonio and 10 minutes from Bandera, the cowboy capital of the world. Horseback riding, a swimming pool, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a children’s play area, farm animals roaming free to be fed by you as you walk by, a blacksmith shop, campfires, hayrides and a delicious breakfast are but a few of the offerings at Lightning Ranch. The cabins have western decor and include a full kitchen, TV/VCR and all the amenities to make your stay a delight. Please note special cancellation policy.

Bed and Breakfast

Rates based on double occupancy, two night minimum and includes breakfast. Children 3 and under are free. All cabins have full kitchens, TV/VCR, outdoor grill, pets welcome ($5.00/night/pet), smoking on porch permitted and no telephone (excellent cell phone coverage). Weekly rate is seventh night free.

A 15 % service charge is required on rides 2 hours and over. State and local taxes are 6.75%

Special cancellation policy for Lightning Ranch

If the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to the stay will be charged for the full booking rate. There is no refund for early check-out.
